Damage Policy

This Damage Policy ("Policy") governs the procedures and guidelines for addressing damaged items in your subscription book box service provided by Skolr Media Group, LLC. ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Inspection upon Receipt

1.1. When you receive your subscription book box, we recommend inspecting its contents promptly.

1.2. If you notice any damage, defect, or other issues with the items, please contact our Customer Support team within 1 day of receiving the box.

2. Reporting Damaged Items

2.1. To report damaged items, you can contact our Customer Support team at help@skolrbooks.com.

2.2. Please provide the following information when reporting damaged items:

  • Your name and subscription account information.

  • A description of the damage or defect.

  • Clear and detailed photographs of the damaged items.

 

3. Evaluation and Resolution

3.1. Once we receive your report of damaged items, our team will evaluate the issue based on the provided information and photographs.

3.2. We will determine whether the item qualifies as "damaged" in accordance with our evaluation criteria.

3.3. If the item qualifies as damaged, we will take one of the following actions: a. Replace the damaged item with a new one. b. Issue a refund or credit for the damaged item. c. Offer an alternative solution as deemed appropriate.

 

4. Return of Damaged Items

4.1. In some cases, we may require you to return the damaged item. If this is necessary, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

4.2. You are responsible for packaging and returning the damaged item following our instructions.

 

5. Eligibility and Timeframe

5.1. To be eligible for a resolution under this Damage Policy, you must report the damage to us within 1 day of receiving the box.

5.2. Items reported as damaged after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for a resolution, unless otherwise determined by us on a case-by-case basis.

 

6. Limitations

6.1. This Policy covers only items that are genuinely damaged upon receipt. Normal wear and tear, alterations, or damage caused by improper handling or misuse are not eligible for resolution under this Policy.

 

7. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update this Damage Policy from time to time, and the most recent version will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our subscription book box service after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated Policy.
